How the Puppy Process Works 2025

We don't choose future puppy homes based on a numbered list of names, but instead determine which families would be a good fit for the litters we have planned, then match each puppy to the home best suited for them!

In order to be placed on the list for a puppy from a specific litter, we require a deposit of $200 ( counting towards the total purchase price of the puppy) to hold your spot, this is our "early deposit list"

For each litter planned we accept 6-8 early deposits before puppies are born, from there we add interested families to the waitlist once the early deposits have been filled. When puppies are born, the early deposit list is given priority and asked to submit a securing deposit, $300-$500, this secures them a puppy from this specific litter. If there more puppies available in that specific litter, we go down the waitlist and contact interested families.

Submit deposit of $200

Once we review your application, we will send you an email letting you know if you are approved for a puppy, what litter might best produce the type of puppy that you're looking for and will best accommodate your needs and wants in a future puppy. We await your response before adding you to either the early deposit list, or the general waitlist.

In order to be added to the early deposit lists for each litter, a non-refundable deposit price of $200 is required.

We will always prioritize families who have placed deposits with us!

This deposit is refundable within 48 hours ONLY and can be transferred to future litters

Step 2

Once puppies are born and we have determined numbers of each gender, an additional deposit will be required

Once the puppies are born and we are able to determine how many males and females we have, we will reach out for a non-refundable deposit of $300-500 ( can vary with each litter and goes towards total purchase price) in order to solidify your puppy within the litter.

Step 3

Await your perfect match and pay full remaining balance.

We finalize individual puppy matches by 7 weeks at the latest, once Volhard testing has been completed at 49 days. The full purchase price of the puppy can be paid in increments with a Payment Plan from the time of the initial deposit placed until puppy pick up time. Puppies go home at 8 weeks of age!
