What We Are All About
Golden Retrievers for ALL- bred for Health, Versatility and Temperament.
Our dogs are purposefully bred and meant for all types of homes, from family pets to hunting and service dogs!
We believe our dogs are meant for greatness, they can be so much more than just a family pet, although they do make wonderful additions to active families! They excel in service or therapy work, the field, and sports such as dock diving, agility, fly ball, disc, lure coursing, nose work and scent detection, barn hunt, and performance such as rally, tricks, obedience, and so much more.
Our Dogs are our Family Members FIRST
Our dogs are members of our family, they live inside with us, not outside in kennels and we don't have a formal facility either, just our home with a garage converted into a big temperature controlled dog room. They sleep inside at night, usually on our couch or bed, and fill our hearts with love and our house with dog hair! We wouldn't have it any other way! Our dogs will always be members of our family even after their breeding career is over, most will "retire" with us and live out the rest of their lives with us.
Our Breeding Mission
We have come to love the Golden Retriever breed and what this incredible dog is capable of. Our hope is to better the breed by producing healthy, versatile, and temperamentally stable/ well-rounded dogs while adhering to the GRCA code of ethics!

At Mountain Reign Golden Retrievers, we continue to care about the puppies we produce long after they leave us. As such, it’s our strict policy to health test our breeding dogs before they produce any puppies, in this way we ensure that we bring only the healthiest puppies into the world.
Each of our breeding dogs are AKC registered and fully health tested with the Golden Retriever Club of America's recommended testing, OFA hips and elbows, eyes, and heart along with a full inheritable genetic disease panel.

Our dogs are purposefully bred and meant for all types of homes, from family pets to hunting and service dogs! We breed specifically for health, versatility and temperament. Health and longevity are crucial in the golden breed especially, we ensure our dogs are free of even the most basic health concerns that often plague the breed like allergies and hot spots. Versatility to us, is a dog's ability to thrive in any situation and environment and be up for any task they are faced with, whether it be a family pet, a running buddy or a service dog! And finally, temperament is the utmost importance. Breeding dogs who are well-rounded, stable minded and have the standard qualities of the happy-go-lucky classic "golden retriever" personality is our goal, we have even washed perfectly healthy dogs from our program for having separation anxiety.
Our Puppies are Heavily Socialized
We focus heavily on early socialization and training before our pups go to new homes at 8 weeks old with SO much exposure under their belts.
Pups know sit, down, and recall to their names by the time they go home. They begin crate, potty, and leash training with us and have participated in controlled socialization outings with their littermates as well as our scent imprinting process. Of course their success in their new homes are dependent on your continued training and effort, but we do our best to give them a solid head start!
We offer Training and Boarding!
We love supporting our families and their ne puppies by offering board and trains, virtually training sessions, and one on one in person training sessions with pups from our program. We also offer discounted boarding in our home, your puppy can come back and vacation with their mama while you're away!
We Offer a LIFETIME of Breeder Support to our Puppy Families!
Our promise to our puppy families:
We will always be there for the puppies we produce, for their entire lives, as well as the families they have been entrusted to!
We will ALWAYS take our puppies back if their owners are no longer able to care for them.
We also offer boarding and board/trains for pups that we have produced!
We are Dedicated to Health and Longevity
Our breeding dogs are fully health tested to the GRCA standards ( genetics, eyes, heart, hips, and elbows) and will earn their CHIC certifications before they are bred!
