​This will potentially be Birdie's last litter before retirement and we are so excited to use Cooper, bred and owned by our good friends at Canyon Edge Acres. Bullet, one of our favorite males, a famous therapy and service dog, is Cooper's dad. We knew he would be a phenomenal compliment to our sweet Bird.

Birdie is a gem! She is the sweetest, most loving girl who doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She is confident, forgiving, biddable, and will happily solve problems when put to the task. She loves a good game of find it and fetch but is relatively low energy and just prefers to hang out with all day. She is very easy going, loves water of all kind and is extremely tolerant of our crazy puppies and toddlers and is one of those "would crawl into your skin if she could" type dogs.

Cooper is the definition of a gentleman! He is super sweet, very easy going and laid back, submissive in nature and just an lovely boy all together. We have gotten to know him over the years and love his charming personality, he has his dad's classic grin and gives the best hugs too. He is fairly calm and while he does love to get up and zoom and play fetch, he would be considered a low energy dog with medium drive levels. He has hunted pheasants in the past and loves to get out and go adventuring but is a true home body dog at heart.

These pups should be well suited to families, beginner sports, hunting and even service homes! They should be around 55-60lbs with low-medium energy and drive levels, have wonderful even temperaments with high biddability and submissive natures. They should be darker in coat color as well.  We are so excited for the opportunity to breed to Cooper and we can't wait to welcome these puppies into the world.
