MAEVE 

Maeve was our keeper girl, Theona, out of Jetta x Rip's Butterfly Litter in 2024.  She caught my eye on day one with her dark coat, expressive eyes and calmer demeanor. I was initially planning on keeping behind a different puppy but that pup tested the best for service work so I let her go to a home where she could live out her potential and then Maeve's original family backed out last minute- it was meant to be!

Maeve has matured beautifully over the past year and a half and has her mom's calm confidence and her dad's easy going, sweet and snuggly temperament. She is a smaller girl overall, standing at just 22.5' and weighing around 50lbs, she has the darkest coat we have ever seen in a golden and has some wonderful structure to her. Her angulation is correct, and topline nice and level with a well balanced build. We are hoping to find a CCA to enter her in as well as an international show in the Fall of 2026 so she can earn her International championship.

Maeve has a lovely temperament to compliment her gorgeous looks, she is super sweet and cuddly with people, friendly and playful with other dogs and is a bit more independent when working. She takes direction well but also likes to figure stuff out on her own when she can. In the house she can relax and hang out and usually finds a cozy spot to curl up on the couch and nap. She also has a killer nose on her and uses it well. Maeve does have a good amount of drive behind her and is very birdy, despite her usual calm demeanor and easy-going personality. She easily passed her Junior Hunt tests and earned her title in the summer of 2026! In the Spring of 2026 Maeve earned her Rally Novice Title and picked up two passes towards her Beginner Obedience Title, as well as her temperament and fetch novice titles. Before she turns 2 we hope to add a few more titles to her name including FDC, ATT and International Champion!
